1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Accurate pickup and drop details must be provided while booking.
• We reserve the right to reject bookings with incomplete or false information.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All fares are calculated based on the distance and cab type selected.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, hill stations, night travel, luggage carriers, and waiting time.
• Advance payments (if any) are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

3. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled trip to avoid cancellation charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
• Cancellation charges may vary depending on location and time.

4. Driver and Vehicle Conduct

• We ensure our drivers are licensed and vehicles are well-maintained.
• Smoking, drinking, or misbehavior in the cab is strictly prohibited.
• Please inform us immediately in case of any concerns regarding the trip or driver behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Kovai Drop Taxi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
